Autumn, undoubtedly our favourite and most magical season, is here to offer us the wisdom of the elements that reach into the deepest places of the unconscious. Water, iron, yeast, fog, earth. Each of these rulers of nature is the embodiment of its mysteries.
The common symbol of water bodies and energies is the Moon, which we will explore from the perspective of Slavic folk tradition and learn to communicate with through several practical incantations. We will also communicate with animals, both with physically present guides and those who are our spiritual advisors.
The element of Earth, which in some traditions is associated with autumn instead of Water, will be explored in chapters on traditional Eastern medicine, as well as in the continuation of yoga practice with incense, where another element, metal, complements it.
The fluids that flow, foam, bubble, stretch and roll through the valley landscape are followed by a group of bodily fluids: saliva, secret, and mucus, which we examine from the perspective of the plant kingdom.
The autumn season, with its slowly approaching natural calmness, invites us to practise with the help of objects found in our surroundings, supporting our vitality and inner protection.
All this and much more fill the cup that we have enriched with the knowledge, experience, and atmosphere of our editorial team.
We wish you a pleasant reading!
